WORKOUT OF THE DAY(at home)

Warm up:
CrossFit Warm Up : 10-15 reps each (with mods for no equipment):
Sit ups
Hip Extension (Superman holds or Good Mornings)
Push Ups
Squats
Pull Ups (find something solid and hang under it even if feet touch ground, or bent over rows)
Dips (use box or bench/chair)
Skill:
Low Back Smash (lax ball/baseball/foam roller)
WOD:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 Minutes, Ascending by 1 Each
Dumbbell Deadlifts
Hang Squat Cleans
Push Press
