Weekdays at 5pm we run our CrossFit Kids and adult classes simultaneously. Sometimes they co-mingle a bit which can be a nice change of pace for both classes.

As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 Minutes of:
9 Dead Lifts (155/ 100)
12 Push Ups
15 Box Jumps
This class is open to everyone. Please come out and try out the workout that we are doing, as well as cheer on everyone who is competing in the Open.
