6 Ground to overhead

came in Sunday, my “fate” was lightish. 55#, made myself snatch each set of 6 unbroken, 30 reps
Ski weekend: 5ish miles of crosscountry on sat w some kick and hill intervals (mostly for the dogs amusement), then telemark clinic w Dan S on Sunday. Legs are fried!! But great fun!!
