    Moved a little in hotel room but super small.
    Update on Ella – three lifters in her class and took bronze! Misunderstanding of sorts on her squat attempts and they over loaded bar -she handled it with grace and almost got the 120kg squat. Did really well on bench and got her deads. Way to go Ella, very proud of you!
