Workout of the Day:
Partner WOD
As Many Reps as possible in 10 minutes,, ascending by 1 rep each movement each round, alternating between team mates of:
Overhead Squats (75/ 55)
Toes to Bar
45’ Sled Push
Each Partner will do the required reps each round tag team style or “you go, I go”
