20 seconds mountain climbers, feet to outside of hands

20 seconds of Goodmornings

20 seconds of Jumping Jacks


Power Clean and Jerk Progression


3 Rounds:

10 Clean and jerks (135lbs/95lbs)

12 Bar facing burpees

*Partner 1 completes a round, then partner 2 completes a round, until each have completed 3 rounds.

Cool Down:

Banded hamstring stretch, 90 seconds per side
