Team WOD:
As a team of 6(ish), perform the following for time:
300 Dumbell Push Press
Run 400 M
300 Med Ball Cleans
Buddy Carry 200 M (each Team member will carry 100 m)
300 Overhead Squats (75/ 55)
Farmer’s Carry 400 M (3 Members of each team must carry 2 Kettle bells each 200m)
