    36:14 (with the 10 minute break) and lots of mods
    45# thrusters, 40 GDHs (the rest ab mat) and no Jerks. Seriously thought I was going to die after the last run. Seems my metabolic conditioning could use some work, not surprising though. Have a great weekend!
