    sun joe wod: db FS 1×8 @45, 1×5@50, 1×3@60, 1×0@70, 1×3@60. then in 10 min: 30 shoulder to OH #40’s, 20 burpees, 15 v-up, 20 Shoulder to OH #50, 30 burpees, 15 v-up, then amap S2OH @ #60 – made it to 10/15 of the second v-ups :/. Then flight simulator 5-10-15-20-25-30-25-20-15-10-5 DU. rest day tomorrow! GO BRONCOS!!
