Place a pile of items (bean bags) in a hoop at one end of the space. Have the athletes perform a movement of your choice such as a squat or a push up and then run down and grab an item and bring it back to you. Continue until all items have been collected.
Cleans : Start with the “Ooompa Loompa I Don’t Know ” dip and shrug and if possible for the group teach them to drop and stand as well.
4 Squats, 4 Monkey Hangs, Hop over 3 Hurdles and back to Trainer to start again.
