10 yd Bear crawl -> 3 Donkey kicks -> 3 Squats
“Monkey in the Middle”, Revised
The group stands in a circle and 1 person at a time does the following:
Run to the pull up bar and do 1 monkey hang with each arm (monkey noises help!)
Run back to the center of the circle and lead the class in 3 reps of whatever exercise you chose.
Continue, AMRAP style, until its time to stop.
