Switch: Divide the group in half and line them up facing each other on opposite sides of the room. Select a way to cross the space and call “switch!” to signal them to switch sides. Repeat with as many different movements as you can think of.
Squat relay: Similar to the kids class squat relay only lighten up on the “perfect” portion. As long as they perform a squat at the end of the run they are good to go. You may want to give them a dodgeball to hold run and squat with to help them remember that it is a one at a time exercise and only the person holding the ball is going.
