No Saturday class on April 19th

Please note:  We will not be having a 9am class this Saturday, April 19th, as we are hosting the CrossFit Kids Seminar (!)

As an alternative, please consider participating in the Braves Run at Centennial MS .  There are some entry forms on the bulletin board by the door.  If you are more interested in scenic options,  it is apparently a free admission day at Black Canyon National Park  on Saturday, so you could go get your hike on instead:).
