This week we will be doing the required workouts for the Paleo Challenge, we won’t tell you which they are, but be sure to be here as much as you can. If you cannot be here every day and still wish to participate, or cannot be here on Saturday for the informational session and kick of, let John, Kelly or Amy know and we will try to get the information stuff too you. By the way, this is not limited to members of the gym. If you know someone that would be interested, please feel free to bring them down!

50 Jumping Pull Ups
50 Kettle Bells Swings
50 Steps Walking Lunge
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Press (45 pounds)
50 GHD Back Extensions
50 Wall Ball
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders
