WORKOUT OF THE DAY
WARM-UP:
Row for 2 min
12 Reps each: Sit Ups, Push Ups, Squats
10 Reps each: Back Extension, Pull Ups, Dips
2 Wall Ups with 5 sec hold
SKILL:
Thruster progression
3 each- footwork drills, rope knee raises
WOD:
As Many Reps as Possible in 12 Minutes Ascending
Rope Climbs (ascend by 1s)
Thrusters (75/ 55, ascend by 2s)
COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:
Abs for Points-
