Kelly B. knocking out some pull ups. One of our greatest prides as trainers is the number of women that have come into the gym saying that they couldn’t do pull ups, who now do them on a daily basis. Empowerment isn’t about talking about big things, it’s about doing big things. You guys rock.

Had enough of Halloween already? We will buy candy back for $2/lb and ship it to US troops overseas through Operation Gratitude.

Shoulder Bully Stretch
Calves (roll the ball on the back of the calves)
