Warm up:
Jog 400m
Joint Prep Routine
WOD:
Death By Burpees
With a continuously running clock, perform one burpee the first minute,
two burpees the second minute, three burpees the third minute,
and so on until you can not perform all required work in the given minute.
Skill:
Spend 10 minutes working on handstands.
Some potential options include:
Plank hold
Hollow holds
Plank up-downs
Toes on box/chair – alt hand lifts, head taps, shoulder taps
Handstand against Wall
Handstand against Wall – hand lifts, taps, side steps, etc
Handstand against Wall – lift feet to balance point one at a time
Free-standing Handstand
