Workout of the Day

With a continuously running clock, perform:
1 Power Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Push Jerk the first minute, 2 of each the second minute, 3 of each the third minute and so on until you are no longer able to perform the prescribed number of reps for the minute that you are on. Your score is the last number that you completed.
