Warm Up:
Run 200m forward / 200m backward
15 Banded Good Mornings
10 Jumping squats
15 Sit Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Hip Extensions
10 Jumping Jacks
Skill:
Warm Up and Scale Movements
WOD:
21-15-9 Reps for Time of:
Deadlifts
Bar Facing Burpees
Skill:
Weakness Work
**WODAH (WOD At Home):**
Warm up: Jog 400m, 20 squats, 20 push ups, 20 sit ups
WOD: If you don’t have a barbell, fill a bucket with dirt or water and deadlift it sumo style. If it’s not “heavy”, go fast. Burpees can be in place or over the bar/bucket.
