WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Warm Up:
CrossFit Warm Up

Skill:
Warm Up Lifts…and GO!

WOD:
“CrossFit Total”*
Combined total weights of 3 attempts each of:
Back Squat
Strict Press
Deadlift

*For the lift to count, a trainer must have eyes on you.  Three attempts only at each lift. For a deadlift to count, the barbell cannot be dropped from the top of the lift, it must be returned to the ground with hands on. 

Skill/Mobility:
Mobilize if time permits
