Warm Up:

1 Minute Plank, then

2x Thru, 10 Reps Each-

1)Straddle Ups 

2)Hanging Shrugs

3) Lateral Hops

4)Ring Rows….then

1 Minute Jump Rope

 

Skill:

L Pull Up Scaling

 

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 3 Minutes rest 1 Minute x 3 of

10 Double Unders

3 Strict L Pull Ups

 

Skill/Mobility:

Weakness Work
