This is the Theoretical Hierarchy of the Development of an Athlete. Up until this point, our gym has not pursued with any significant intent, the peak of this pyramid… starting today, that ends. For those that have committed to the Competition Team, stand by. We plan to make you a dominant force in your sport. For those of you who are interested, please let John know. For those not interested, no worries, we will not be interrupting your regularly scheduled program. Let’s GET SOME!

Mobility Work:
Wall Squat- 3 minutes
1st Rib Mobilization

21-15-9 Reps for time of:
Deadlift (185/ 135)
Wall Ball
Push Ups

Comp Team Goodies

Hand Stand Push Ups
10×2 reps with 1 minute rest between sets
If you are on bands, do extreme range of motion on paralettes
