Group Warm Up:
Jog 200 M Forwards
200 M Backwards
1 Minute of each:
Plank
Light Weight KB Swings
Push Ups
Sit Ups
Box Jumps
WOD:
Push Press: Max 2
Subtract to 50%
As many Reps as possible x 2 with the following protocol:
Press, when that fails,
Push Press, when that fails,
Push Jerk
Total up as many reps as you can, then rest and go again.
2 rep max: 85#, 23 & 20 reps at 40#
