Anterior Compartment Smash (2 Minutes Each)
Barbell Adductor Smash (2 Minutes Each)
WOD:

100 Reps for time of each of:
Pull Ups
Push Ups
Sit Ups
Squats

Blue band kipping pull ups. Tried to hold “plank” on push ups. Last time I did this was 04/2010.
With continued effort I will get back to 100% ☺️
