Workout of the Day:
Group Warm Up:
10 sit ups -> Inchworm across toPull Up Bar performing 2 pushups every time you reach plank ->Bar traverse to rolling white board ->Bear craw to GHDs ->10 squats ->10 hip extensions ->Burpee box jump course to the Infinity Rig ->10 Dips either on rings or bars. AMRAP in 10 minutes.
WOD:
7 Rounds for time of:
5 Dips
10 Kettle Bell Front Squats
15 Double Unders
Bench day. ..nice work 6 and 9am classes!
