The Front Squat

Complete the Following for time:
Run 400 Meters
30 Dumbell Push Press
30 Toes To Bar
30 Wall Ball
Row 250 Meters

Rest for 5 or so minutes and then spend 10 minutes working on a skill that will help you accomplish the goals that you have put on the board.
