As Many pull ups as possible in one set
1 Squat Clean
Run 400 m
5 rounds +21- subbed 10 mod ring rows, 10 hollow rocks for the unbroken pull ups; FS for squat clean, 85#
then pulled a sled with a 45# plate 4x 400m
