Workout of the Day:

There is a great article about using dumbbells more often on the CrossFit Journal.  Check that out and while you are at it, try reading one CF Journal article instead of checking instagram for the 75th time today.  You may end up with a more clear understanding of why we do what we do!

7 Super Slow Squats—> Bar Traverse
7 Push Ups—> Inch Worm
7 Kipping Swings—> Broad Jumps
14 Lateral Hops—> Lunge Walk
