Lacrosse Ball on Box Drill (2min)
Barbell Inside Leg Smash (2 Min)

In Teams of 4-5
As Many 500 Meter Rows as Possible in 30 Minutes

The goal is to try to maintain a consistently challenging pace for each individual on the rower. Team mates may assist team mates with transitions on and off the rower and as always, cheering is encouraged.
