Families have always been at the very foundation of what we have tried to build at CrossFit Agoge. Our first clients were a mother and daughter. Our second clients were brothers of a sort. Everything that we have ever tried to do was to highlight the power of the tribe, and such, we felt that it was time to highlight some of that sentiment.
We are grateful to all of you who thought enough of us to bring in those most dear to you.
