7 Sit Ups —> Spiderman Stretch

9 Kipping Swings —> High Knees

11 Kettle Bell Swings(eye) —> Walking High Kicks

Skill:

Review Double Kettle Bell cleans/ warm up weight

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 9 Minutes of:

Run 200 m

5 Double Kettle Bell Cleans

Tempo Work:

Every 30 sec for 8 rounds 5 power snatch @ 65% of your 1RM
