7 Squats—> Bar Traverse
7 Sit Ups—Hurdle Over Under
7 Tuck Jumps—Spiderman Stretch
7 Down, Left, Right, Up Push Ups —> Inch Worm
For Push Ups, Go half way down, slide body to the left, then right, then back to center and up to plank.
