Wall Ball

Sumo Deadlift High Pull

Ascending by 3s

You will have one minute to perform all of the required reps, starting with 3 of each the first minute, 6 of each the second and so on.  Once everyone has completed their last round, rest for 3 minutes and then go again.

    3 rounds+9, 3 rounds+10 (14#, 55#). 8 weeks or so not really doing WODs and my wall ball still needs work 😉
