Workout of the Day:
Partner WOD:
Partner 1 will row 400 Meters
Partner 2 will perform as many Rounds as Possible of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Kettle Bell Swings
15 Air Squats
Switch after Partner 1 has completed the Row, score by total number of completed rounds and reps.
Did this solo, 2 rounds of 5-10-15 and then row, got 5 rounds +3 in 9 minutes. Subbed strict bar pull ups and Russian swings.
Nice job to the 6 and 9am classes!!
