Workout of the Day

Warm it up and make it pretty… and remember, chicken necks are never sexy.

You will have 10 minutes to perform the following:
2 Max sets of wall ball
1 Max set of deadlift at bodyweight

You will have 3 scores for this one and you can arrange the movements in any way you like. The only rules are that once you stop (the wallball touches the floor or the barbell rests on the floor for more than a 3 count) you are done.
