We have seen many faces walk in the door at CrossFit Agoge. And while we are grateful and appreciate every single new face, every once in a while the person attached to that face causes a lasting and profound affect on the gym as a whole. Chris has left us, maybe not for good, but certainly for a long time. In his place remain lasting memories full of laughter, struggles overcome, and a fiery inspiration that reminds us that the only things that are impossible are the things that we refuse to try. So to Chris, “Fair winds and following seas” my friend. Thank you for being a part of our lives, and letting us be a part of yours.

10 Sit Ups

Lacrosse Ball Kettle Bell Psoas Drill (2 Min Each)

3 Rounds for time of:
15 Knees to Elbows
15 Push Press (95/ 65)
