Yesterday I worked up to 255 for 4 of the 10, then did Angie: 100 each pull up, push up, sit up and squat: 17:50, I’m not sure if its a pr, but it felt fast.
Today I did the split jerk workout from yesterday: 275#, a 10# pr that felt pretty good. Ill finish with some speedy bench and weighted pull ups. Have a great day campers, ill see you all very soon!
