Split Jerk: max 1

5 reps at 90%

DB Floor press: Amap in 60 seconds x3

Barbell rows: 5×5

DB Shrugs x 200

    Split jerk- 110#, pr. So close at 115#, just need to drop under another inch. 200 db shrugs, 20#, AMAP db floor press x2- 18, 16@ 25#; row 1000m- 4:32
