    Anderson Squats vs chains- 2 chains per, suspended off small heavy chain + 10#, before we figured out we weren’t low enough. Then adjusted chains and stance with chains and bar. No chains, 65#, did 10 repsx2 to get the feel of going low enough. Step ups, SSB- 50 to the 12″ sprinkler box, 50 to box plus a pad.
