Warm up:
3 Rounds
10yds Log Roll -> 10yds Lunge walk -> 10yds Inch worm -> 10yds Zig zag between cones
Skill work:
Heel balance drill: Standing with toes hanging off a plate, perform a Deadlift. Try to keep toes off the ground! Increase the challenge by moving more of the foot off the edge of the plate until it is at the mid foot
WOD:
In teams of 3-4, rotate through 30 sec at each station
Box jumps
Push Press
Pull ups
Deadlifts
Rest 30 sec between rounds
