WOD:
In teams of 3, relay style, complete as many rounds as possible of the following.
Team members travel 15m one at a time using whatever movement the trainers call out. Between turns at traveling across the floor, each person must complete 3 push ups. Rest after 3 min. Repeat 3 times.
