Skill work:
Stinkbug around the box: Start with hands on the floor and toes centered on an appropriate height box. With hips over hands, walk hands clockwise around the box and then repeat counterclockwise. If necessary, scale to a half turn (or less) and then return to start position.
WOD:
With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in a given amount of time of
