Dragon tails: Players each wear a flag at the waist. The object is to keep your “tail” while running around the designated space. Players may not hold on to their own tails and when pulling another player’s tail, it should be handed to that person versus thrown on the ground. When your tail is pulled, exit the game and perform the designated movement, replace your tail, and return to the game.
Rolling push ups: Start in the plank position, descend to the ground and complete one log roll before pushing back up to plank. Repeat down the floor for 5-7 reps.
In teams of 3, complete as many rounds as possible of the following:
5 Hang power cleans
5 Push ups
5-10 Rope jumps
Rotate between movements when all 3 teammates are finished their reps.
