Warm up:

Mixed Tabata

Skill work:

Elevated squats:  Place two low jump boxes (the soft kind are even better) about 8-12 inches apart.  Athletes stand with one foot on each box and perform a controlled squat.  Caution: Dropping too quickly into the bottom of the squat can cause a loss of control at the bottom position.

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

7 Front squats

5 Push ups

3 Toes to bar
