Bring Sally Up Bring Sally Down with squats and then push ups

Skill work: 

Throwing While in Motion:  Have trainer stand stationary and each athlete take turns jogging with a ball and tossing it accurately to the trainer.

5 Box Jumps

5 Pull Ups

5 Handstand Kick Ups

Upon Trainer Calling “Go” all athletes run 200m together.
