Elbows to the wall drill: Push press
In teams of 3-4, complete as many rounds of possible of the following in 2 min.
Med ball clean and Push pass down the line
Each team member must complete 3 squats before the ball comes back to you
When the ball reaches the end of the line, the last person runs it to the front and everyone shifts down
Rest 1 min and repeat 2 more times.
