Warm up:
four Corners: Number the corners of your space 1-4. Start the game with everyone running in a circle in the center of the room except one person who faces away from the game. A trainer calls “find a corner” and all players go to the corner of their choice. The “caller” holds up one, two, three, or four fingers. Anyone standing in the selected corner performs the designated number of reps of a given movement before joining all the other players who are running in the center of the space again.
Skill work:
Plank -> Push up -> Stinkbug -> Stinkbug push up
WOD:
AMRAP in a given amount of time of
3 Stinkbug push ups
5yds -> 10yds -> 15 yds Shuttle run
3 Sit ups

6 Stinkbug push ups
5yds -> 10yds -> 15 yds Shuttle run
6 Sit ups
Keep increasing by 3’s until the time runs out.
