Warm up:
3 Rounds
10 m Barrel Rolls, 10 Dot Drills, 10m Back Pedal, 10m High Knee Skip
Skill work:
Tripod: Have athletes create a triangle from their hands and the top of their head on the mat. From here have them tip toe their feet closer to their hands until they are close enough to place their knees on top of their bend elbows. Cue them to press into the ground with their hands and think about pointing their tailbone toward the ceiling. Have them balance as long as they can in this position
