Getting Warmed up with some Med ball throws

Warm up:

3 Rounds

 2 Forward rolls -> 10 yd Lunge walk ->15 yd High knee skipping -> 15 yd backpedal -> 5 Push ups

Skill work:

Good mornings: Teach the movement unloaded with hands behind head.  If mechanics are sound, you can try using a PVC pipe or perhaps a very light band to create additional challenge.

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time, increasing by 2 reps each round

Deadlifts

Broad jumps
