Track Style Warm Up
Handstand Walk Around the Box: Have athlete place hands on the floor and knees on the box. Have them side shuffle their hands side to side making sure they do not cross them as they walk. Start with halfway around box and then try with feet on box instead of knees.
1 Handstand walk around the box each way (1/2 each way for athletes that struggle with keeping arms straight)
3 Push Press
5 Box Jumps
1 Shuttle Run
